Therapitas is a leading pediatric therapy provider in Oklahoma. With three clinic locations and a central office, we conduct thousands of therapy sessions each month. At Therapitas, we know that great organizations are built by placing amazing leaders at every level of the organization. We are looking for our next great leader to fill the position of Director of Operations.

The Position

The Director of Operations is the senior position responsible for the day to day workings of the company. They manage the referral, prior authorization, billing and administrative positions at Therapitas Central, our central office. Therapitas Central's role is to support our clinics as they serve our patients. The Director of Operations works with our Clinical Directors in each of our locations supporting their teams administratively so that our clinics can focus on our families.

The Opportunity

To better serve our clinics we have developed our own practice management software and EMR. This software combined with our central office staff has allowed us to achieve operational efficiencies well beyond the norm in our industry. We are piloting a program to allow other therapy clinics to “outsource” their back office to our team and to have access to our software tools. There is a huge opportunity to scale this program on a national level. The Director of Operations will be responsible for building out the central office team as we scale.

Responsibilities

  • Management and development of operations team including referrals, prior authorizations, billing and collections, and customer service
  • Management and development of administrative team including credentialing, reporting, payroll and other administrative needs
  • Develop new solutions to improve efficiencies, revenue and margins both internally at the Central office and for the clinics
  • Hiring and building team as the company grows
  • Work directly with the CEO as part of the senior management team to lead the company into new opportunities

 

Qualifications

Significant experience leading operation and administrative teams.

Be a “doer”. We need someone who thrives on getting things done.

Comfortable learning new computer programs and training others to use them.

This position reports directly to the CEO and candidates must have the ability to "own" their department and deliver results for the team.
