We’re hiring a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary outpatient team in Tulsa. We provide trained interpreter support, so Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required.

What You’ll Do

✔️ Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients.
✔️ Document evaluations and findings in our easy-to-use EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer requirements.

What Your Caseload May Look Like

You’ll see mostly toddlers and school-age children, with some infants and adolescents. Patients may range from 2 weeks to 20 years old. Common diagnoses include developmental delay, sensory processing challenges, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and other genetic or neurological conditions.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program (or expected graduation)
✅ Oklahoma OT license or eligibility to obtain
✅ Passion for working with children and families
✅ Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset
✅ Mission-driven approach to care
✅ Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required
