Looking for a flexible position that fits with your life? We’re hiring a part-time Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary outpatient team in Tulsa. Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required. We provide trained interpreter support.

What We’re Looking For

✅ DPT or PT degree from an accredited program
✅ Oklahoma PT license or eligibility to obtain

✅ Availability for a consistent weekly schedule with PTA supervision during clinic hours 

What You’ll Do

✔️ Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients
✔️ Provide skilled intervention to improve strength, mobility, motor development, and functional independence
✔️ Document services in our easy-to-use EMR to meet clinical standards and payer requirements
✔️ Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and other team members to provide coordinated, family-centered care
✔️ Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) during your scheduled clinic hours.

What We Offer 

💰 $34,000–$68,000/year ($44–$64/hour) production-based compensation dependent on days worked, patient care, experience, and number of PTAs supervised. Paid documentation time and supervision pay included.
