🌟 Join Our Team: Director of Occupational Therapy at Therapitas 🌟

Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families? At Therapitas our mission is to ensure that Spanish-speaking children have the same access to therapy as any other child.  We have worked with thousands of underserved families for over a decade, but there are still many more across the state that do not have access to quality pediatric services. That’s where you come in...

Therapitas is looking for a Director of Occupational Therapy to lead our OT department and join our leadership team.

Where We Are Going

Over the next ten years, we will build two world-class development centers while we work to provide services to 100% of Spanish-speaking children in our state, regardless of their location. To achieve these goals, there are a few challenges that our Director of Occupational Therapy will specifically be responsible to help us overcome:

  • Developing the department- The Director of OT will ensure that the quality of the therapy provided is evidence-based, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and stay abreast of the latest developments in pediatric occupational therapy. They will direct the professional development of the OT team and consult with Clinical directors on equipment investments, OT policies, and supervision guidelines.
  • Growing the department- To build a great department, we must continue to attract amazing therapists. The Director of OT will network with schools, other OT professionals, and recruiters to find the absolute best therapists to join our team. They will facilitate a robust fieldwork program to develop the next generation of therapists in our state.
  • Partnering with pediatricians- Our pediatricians are not just referral sources, they are our partners in serving our families. The Director of OT will come alongside local providers to educate, nurture existing relationships, and provide resources.
